Bilingual Family Counselor
Mental Wellness · Westside Community Center · San Antonio
Provide trauma-informed counseling to Spanish-speaking families navigating crisis, grief, and parenting transitions. LPC-Associate welcome — weekly supervision provided.
Lead Early Childhood Teacher
Education · Eastside Head Start · San Antonio
Design developmentally rich classrooms for 3–5 year olds, coach teacher aides, and partner with families. CDA credential paid for if you don't have one yet.
Financial Coach (AFCPE track)
Economic Stability · Downtown HQ · Hybrid
Coach 1:1 with neighbors on budgeting, credit, and savings goals. We fund the AFCPE certification cohort and protect time for client follow-up.
Community Programs Coordinator
Neighborhood Support · Southside Neighborhood Place
Run weekly programming at the neighborhood center — pantry, family nights, youth clubs — and grow a volunteer bench. Clear path into center management.
Behavioral Health Specialist (Children)
Mental Wellness · Multiple sites · San Antonio
Deliver play-based and school-based behavioral health support for children ages 4–12. Accrue clinical supervision hours toward full licensure.
Volunteer & Outreach Manager
Neighborhood Support · Downtown HQ
Own the volunteer pipeline across all four pillars — recruit, onboard, recognize. Manage a small team and partner with program directors agency-wide.
